Shipping Methods
All items are handmade and after receiving your order you will be informed with the lead time for the completion of the production.
- The average delivery time within Greece, after the completion is 3 to 4 days.
- The average delivery time for countries outside the European Union, after the completion is 7 to 15 days.
- For all other countries outside the European Union the cost of delivery and Custom Clearance, burdens the recipient unless there is a special agreement.

Product Returns
You can return products purchased from Mariza Galani in the following cases:

You changed your mind about your choice. The product has not been unsealed / used.
In this case you can return the item within 14 days since the issue date of the relevant invoice/receipt. The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer. The credit will be issued after the item is received and checked for evidence of tampering or use. Returns for special built to order products are not accepted. - Return of a defective product, covered by the factory warranty for repair. In this case you can send the product to our headquarters for technical inspection and repair. The shipping costs for the return are borne by the Mariza Galani.

Product is different from what you ordered - Incorrect order execution by Mariza Galani
In this case, our company will replace the product, as soon as possible. If the product is not available, you will immediately be credited with the amount paid. In this case, the extra shipping costs are burdened exclusively by Mariza Galani.
